Advanced Medicine

For patients, the close collaboration between the two departments of neurology and orthopaedics and the numerous diagnostic procedures has the advantage that they receive a holistic and interdisciplinary course of treatment.

One of the key elements on the road to regaining independence, e.g. after a stroke, is ADL training (Activities of Daily Living). This involves gradually refamiliarizing patients with normal activities in their daily lives, for example, getting in and out as well as loading and unloading the car is practiced. But also the shopping in the supermarket with all its handles is to be trained here in order to master everyday life independently as quickly as possible.

An extensive course of exercise training, individualized therapy options such as locomotion training, a gymnasium and even a swimming pool, complete the full range of treatment on offer.
